We work best with partners who think in multi-year terms — and who appreciate that a tight contract at the start saves the friendship later. Every partnership we sign is reviewed by both sides' counsel before a number changes hands.

Project JV

Co-developing a single project under a separate SPV — typically construction, hospitality build-out, or a digital platform with a clear product roadmap. We bring delivery; you bring local presence, anchor capital, or distribution.

Strategic partnership

Multi-year exclusivity arrangements where a partner gets first-look on a specific desk's pipeline (Holdings or Digital, usually) in return for a committed capital line or recurring purchase order.

Channel partnership

For agencies, system integrators, and travel houses that resell or refer into our desks. Tier-based commission with quarterly reconciliation and a named relationship lead on our side from day one.

What we ask of partners

Decision-makers in the room, on the first call.

We don't grow well with intermediaries. If the people who will sign aren't on the introductory call, we'd rather wait until they can be. Saves a quarter of back-and-forth and lets us be honest about what we will and won't agree to.
