By invitation. A small group of operators with reciprocal pipeline, 7% commission, first look at our outbound list, and a yearly closed-door meeting with the desk heads in Dhaka.
The rules

A lead is qualified when you've spoken with the prospect and confirmed they want to talk to us about a specific engagement we offer. We attribute on first introduction. Commission is paid within 14 days of the client's first invoice clearing — directly to your bank or the legal entity of your choice, no platform middleman.
