We sponsor full-tuition undergraduate scholarships for top-decile candidates from rural districts, with a mandate that recipients return for at least one summer internship across the group.

Climate
Construction waste recovery
Every Holdings site routes recoverable steel, concrete aggregate, and uPVC into the secondary market through a dedicated reclamation partner. Audited monthly, published annually.
Community
Local-vendor floor
On any project over 15 crore, at least 40% of subcontract value goes to vendors registered in the same upazila as the site. The number is non-negotiable and reviewed by procurement legal.
Hajj
Pilgrimage assistance
The Tourism desk underwrites 25 Hajj pilgrimages per year for community members who would otherwise be unable to perform the journey. Selection is run by an independent religious panel.

Every July we publish a one-page CSR addendum alongside the annual review — scholarship recipients (anonymised), tonnes diverted from landfill, local-vendor share by site, and pilgrimage count. If a number missed its target, the addendum says why.
